He lived long, prospered...

Born: March 26, 1931 in West End, Boston MA
Died: February 27, 2015 in Bel-Air, Los Angeles CA

In memory of him, I re-watched Star Trek, The Wrath of Khan

James T. Kirk: Captain's log, stardate 8141.6. Starship Enterprise departing for Ceti Alpha V to pick up the crew of U.S.S. Reliant. All is well. And yet I can't help wondering about the friend I leave behind. "There are always possibilities," Spock said. And if Genesis is indeed life from death, I must return to this place again.

Leonard McCoy: He's really not dead... as long as we remember him.

Funny, I rewatched Wrath of Khan also, as am am sure probably a lot of people did. I have continued watching the series, and decided to go ahead and catch up on the other Trek shows I have missed out on.

Star Trek when I was a kid was what got me interested in what was "up there" in the first place. I even had my grandma make me a Trek shirt. I didn't want to be Uhura or Yeoman Rand, or any of the other "secretary girl" characters. I wanted to be like Spock and do science.
