Replacement lid panels for eyepiece cases?

A while back I bought a set of aluminum attaché cases as eyepiece cases, but two of the "lid panels" were missing.

Anyone have an idea or suggestion where to find a replacement?

Tried Ebay and basic Google searches, can only find entire case replacements.
