Potential Trash in my imaging train

This is a stretched jpg of my master flat. Notice the dust motes. When I remove the camera from the rig and put a 50 mm lens on it and shoot blue sky, i do not see any dust motes.

The scope is a SkyWatcher 100 Pro ED with a .85 flattener/reducer. I do not see any dust or trash on the flattener reducer - any suggestions?

I think I figured it out, it was crap on the sensor. Only visible when i stretched the flat.... Yaaarrrggghhhh.
