Hello everyone.

I'm Andrew Burwell. Interested in space and Astronomy my whole life. But only within the last 3 years have I purchased a telescope, and another, and another, and another...A few mounts and telescopes later, I've managed to teach myself imaging and processing, and have set up a website http://www.macobservatory.com that covers Astronomy and Astrophotography on the Mac computer platform. Merging two of my favorite things. I've wanted to join for quite some time, but found there was so much information online, I never got out to any events. Looking forward to meeting others that are into the hobby.

Welcome, Andrew. Know what you mean about so much info online. Also about buying a telescope...and another, and another It's fun to get together in person too. Great group of folks. There's a meeting this Friday.
