HAS is an active community of enthusiastic amateur astronomers with over 60 years of history in the Houston area. Monthly MeetingsMembers can attend two monthly meetings, generally held on the 1st Thursday and Friday of the month via Zoom. The first is planned especially for novice level members, and the second meeting is of interest to amateur astronomers of all levels. Check UPCOMING EVENTS for details |

Monthly dues for new members are full rate for the remainder of the calendar year. However, any new member joining on or after October 1 will have their dues cover the remainder of the calendar year PLUS the next calendar year. |
